Cue Station Membership Rules and Terms

Membership Access:
Membership is strictly for registered members only. Access to and use of the facilities is reserved for active members unless otherwise authorised by Cue Station.
Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. If a member chooses to cancel their membership, or if their membership is terminated due to a breach of these rules, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.

Respectful Behaviour
Cue Station is committed to providing a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for all members.
Foul, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate language or behaviour will not be tolerated.
Any form of harassment, intimidation, bullying or behaviour that negatively impacts other members, guests or staff may result in suspension or termination of membership.
All members are expected to contribute to a respectful and inclusive atmosphere where everyone can enjoy, develop and excel in the sports we love.

Smoking, Alcohol & Drugs
Cue Station operates a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy throughout the premises and immediately outside the property entrance.
The use, possession or supply of illegal drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, which may include termination of membership and notification of the relevant authorities.
Members must not attend or remain on the premises while under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol if their behaviour affects the safety, comfort or enjoyment of others.

Table & Equipment Care
To protect our professional playing surfaces, members must use green Taom chalk only on all pool and snooker tables. The use of any other chalk is strictly prohibited.
Green Taom chalk is available to purchase from the Cue Station shop and online store for members' convenience. Pool & Snooker:
- Jump shots, scoop shots, chipping shots or any playing technique that could damage table cloths, cushions or equipment are strictly prohibited.
Darts:
- Dartboards and associated equipment must be treated with care and used responsibly. Any throwing technique, misuse or behaviour that may damage equipment, property or create a risk of injury is strictly prohibited.

Members are expected to treat all equipment with care and respect. Anyone who deliberately or negligently causes damage may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Please use the complimentary wet wipe sachets provided before playing if your hands are greasy, dirty or after eating. This helps maintain the cleanliness and condition of the table cloths and playing equipment.

Food & Refreshments
External food and drink are not permitted on the premises unless authorised by Cue Station.
Food and refreshments purchased on-site must be consumed within the designated mezzanine lounge area unless otherwise permitted by staff.
Members are asked to dispose of rubbish responsibly and help keep the lounge clean and tidy for everyone.

Safety & Security
CCTV operates throughout the premises for the safety and security of members, visitors, staff and Cue Station property.
Members must follow all safety instructions issued by staff and immediately report any hazards, accidents or damage.
Cue Station reserves the right to refuse entry or require any person to leave the premises where necessary to protect the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of others.

By becoming a Cue Station member, you agree to abide by these Membership Rules and help create a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Together, we can provide a venue where players of all abilities can participate, improve, compete and enjoy the sports we all love.
A further enhancement would be to add a short section titled "Breach of Membership Rules" stating that Cue Station reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend memberships, or terminate memberships immediately depending on the seriousness of the breach. That gives you clearer authority to enforce the rules consistently.
